Adventurous Cooking – Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli

As part of my meal plan last week I tried to include food that meant that I had to move out of the lazy zone and into a place that I actually made an effort to make a tasty meal. On Wednesday night I had planned to make Ravioli. Not just any Ravioli but homemade spinach and ricotta ravioli.
